Greetings our dear valued customers. Often times we get requests from clients who wish to transfer a service or a domain to another client with us. Such as web designers and developers who take care of building and managing websites on behalf of their end clients, and at a later stage when their client is ready to take over, it would happen by having the developer raise a ticket to our staff requesting that the specific service or domain be moved to another client with us. This obviously would take some time until a staff member responds and takes care of the request, and then some back-and-forth communication to make sure of getting things right.
We've listened to your feedback, and we now made it easy and less time-consuming to achieve by implementing a self-service section that allows anyone to transfer ownership of their services or domains to another user at WevrLabs. This can be done by navigating to the respective service/domain details page, where a link is now in place which will allow you to switch ownership. All you need is the email address of the client you wish to transfer ownership to, so that means the client must be already registered with us and his account is activated. Once you provide their email address an email confirmation will be sent to them to either accept or reject the ownership transfer request.
