If you have a Shared or Elite Business plan with us, please note that we are gradually upgrading our backup processes to JetBackup 5.

As such, initial replicas are being made to alternative storage, which may take some time to complete.

As such, it's possible backups won't be generated for 2-3 days, therefore we would recommend ensuring you maintain your own backups meanwhile.
