Greetings our dear valued Customers!

First of all, we wish you a happy Eid! May your days always be full of joy and happiness.

This message is meant to be an informative message regarding the protocol when using mBOK app to make money transfer payments for your invoices.

Over the past months, we observed that many users do not submit or forget to send us the transaction confirmation screenshot after they have transferred the money to our account.

Not informing us of the transfer will definitely cause delays in service activation and restoration. How? because when someone makes a transfer to another account using mBOK, the receiving person will NOT be able to identify who sent the money!

So in our case, if you transfer money to our account, we will NOT be able to know who sent it, that's why we rely on the user submitting the screenshots of the transaction to allow us to identify the person who sent the transfer by using the information from the screenshot (specifically, the Transaction ID).

As you can see, this approach can be very time-wasting, so that is why we always recommend using online payments via SyberPay.

When you use the SyberPay method, you DON'T actually have to submit any further information to us, and so there will be no delays waiting for support staff to confirm and activate your services, because everything will be done automatically after a short period following successful payment via the ATM card (or cash cards and also mobile wallets. YES, true!).

If your bank is not supported or covered (like Al-Baraka, Al-Salam, Khartoum, or Faisal), don't worry, you can still benefit from this method, because SyberPay android app allows you to create a virtual ATM card that can be freely used in online payments, so you can generate a virtual ATM card on SyberPay app, and then using mBOK (or Fawry) you can add funds to it by using the "Card-To-Card Transfer" option.

You can still keep using mBOK, but keep in mind to always immediately notify us after each time you make a transfer to our account so we can be aware of it.

As always, you are welcome to contact us if you have any further inquiries or questions.

Wishing you a great day!
